This is a coworker’s ‘66 122S. Pretty cool. Set to receive a B20, overdrive, and Webers very soon.

You may notice the sky changes color halfway across the picture, and the hills in the background are hazy. That’s because Big Sur is thoroughly en fuego 100 miles away and prevailing winds are shoving the smoke right up our coastal valleys. Neat. Makes for nice car-shooting light and sunsets though.

They do! We’ve been listening to vintage race and rally Volvo videos for just that reason. There are still drivers out there for reasonable money, but they’re appreciating. I found this one for him for $1800 a few years ago, running and driving. It’s got some rust in the front floors and nose panel, but is pretty damn good as they go.

Oh that’s exactly what I’m hoping to find. It’s easier to find an Amazon than a 140, at least, but most around here are at least $4000 if they drive, so I’m still keeping an eye out. There’s a rally built Amazon in Gulf colours that has Targa Tasmania videos up, that is one of my favourites

The Webers going on this are actually my 45s, R32Rennsport is going to use them until it’s time to reclaim them for my ‘02 :)
